제1조 (목적)
이 약관은 건강탐구생활(이하 “회사”)이 운영하는 웰빙인사이트(health-research-life.com), 웰빙인사이트 스튜디오, 회사가 배포하는 크롬 확장 프로그램(이하 “서비스”)의 이용 조건을 정합니다.
제2조 (건강 정보에 관한 안내)
웰빙인사이트의 건강·영양 정보는 일반적인 정보 제공을 위한 것으로, 의사의 진단이나 치료를 대신하지 않습니다. 증상이 있거나 약을 복용 중이라면 전문가와 먼저 상담하세요. 정부 지원 제도 정보는 작성 시점 기준이며, 최종 조건은 해당 기관 공고를 확인해야 합니다.
제3조 (웰빙인사이트 스튜디오 베타)
- 스튜디오는 현재 베타(얼리 액세스) 단계로, 신청한 이용자 중 회사가 순차로 안내한 분께 무료로 제공합니다.
- 베타 기간의 기능, 제공 범위, 일정은 사전 안내 후 바뀔 수 있습니다.
- 유료 전환 시 요금과 조건을 미리 알리고, 이용자가 동의한 경우에만 적용합니다.
제4조 (크롬 확장 프로그램)
- 확장 프로그램은 무료로 제공되며, 이용자는 각 플랫폼(네이버 블로그 등)의 이용약관을 지키는 범위에서 사용해야 합니다.
- 이용자가 입력한 API 키 등 설정값은 이용자의 브라우저에 저장되며, 그 관리 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
- 확장 프로그램이 만든 글과 결과물은 발행 전에 이용자가 직접 검토해야 합니다.
제5조 (AI로 만든 결과물)
서비스는 Anthropic의 Claude 등 AI 모델을 사용합니다. AI 결과물에는 오류가 있을 수 있으므로, 회사는 결과물의 정확성이나 특정 목적 적합성을 보장하지 않습니다. 결과물을 발행·사용하는 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
제6조 (저작권)
웰빙인사이트에 게시된 글, 이미지, 디자인의 저작권은 회사에 있습니다. 출처를 밝힌 짧은 인용 외에 무단 복제·배포를 금합니다. 이용자가 서비스로 만든 결과물의 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다.
제7조 (금지 행위)
서비스를 이용해 불법 정보, 허위·과장 광고, 타인의 권리를 침해하는 콘텐츠를 만들거나, 서비스를 역설계·과도하게 자동 호출하는 행위를 금합니다.
제8조 (책임의 제한)
회사는 천재지변, 외부 서비스(네이버, Google, Anthropic 등) 장애처럼 회사가 통제할 수 없는 사유로 생긴 손해에 책임을 지지 않습니다. 무료로 제공되는 서비스에 대해서는 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 책임을 제한합니다.
제9조 (준거법과 분쟁)
이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따르며, 분쟁은 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.

1. Scope
These terms apply to Wellbeing Insight (health-research-life.com), Wellbeing Insight Studio and the Chrome extensions published by Health Research Life (the “Services”).
2. Health information
Health and nutrition content is general information and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
3. Studio beta
Wellbeing Insight Studio is in early access and is provided free of charge to invited users. Features and availability may change with notice. Any future paid plan will apply only with your consent.
4. Chrome extensions
Extensions are free. Settings you enter, such as your own API key, are stored in your browser and are your responsibility. Review any generated content before publishing, and follow the terms of the platforms you publish to.
5. AI-generated output
The Services use AI models including Anthropic’s Claude. Output may contain errors and is provided without warranty; you are responsible for what you publish. You own the output you create with the Services.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the Services to create unlawful, misleading or infringing content, or to reverse-engineer or overload them.
7. Liability and law
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by events outside our control, including outages of third-party services. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
